Full-Service Litigation Scanning:
Duplicate your documents digitally. Need to maintain your page groupings throughout the discovery process? We’ll create page breaks for each staple, clip, loose page or notebook as needed. We can convert images to be load ready into your eDiscovery platform with unitization or OCR to provide text searchable PDFs. (Unitization outputs are .lfp, .dii, .opt.)
EDD Processing:
Our processing methods ensure a high-quality final product that will optimize data cull. Our 24/7 Manhattan litigation support team is dedicated to providing around-the-clock service so that your discovery needs are met within your timeline. We convert .txt, .dat, .csv, .mdb, and native files (MS Office, Lotus) to “.tif” or “.pdf” format.
Full-Service Copying and Duplicating:
Our legacy services for attorneys that prefer paper documents or for judges that dictate them- include full-color or black and white copying page for page, duplexed as originals or electronic blowbacks all with or without Bates numbering or pagination.
High-Volume Digital Printing:
We are equipped with a large fleet of equipment for high-volume projects, and have the security measures, resources, and local facility to print your large depositions, transcripts & exhibits while meeting your deadline.
Oversize Printing and Scanning:
Large-Format Digital Images, Copies, Digital Prints and Enlargements. We can scan and image all of your oversized documents, blueprints, graphics and photos for litigation securely and confidentially!
Legal Finishing and Binding:
Our custom binding and finishing is all produced in-house at GSB Digital. We can drill and assemble your documents in notebooks, or bind them for presentations with GBC, Coil, Wire-o or Velo (strip) bindings. We also offer more sophisticated binding methods such as perfect bound or hard case bound options.
Tabs:
Choose from our inventory of legal exhibit dividers, lettered, numbered, and blank index tabs. All available in legal and letter size as side or bottom tab dividers. Custom dividers are also available. We provide tabs nationally to the legal market place and also offer tab insertion as part of any document binder project.
