Bowery Mission Valentine Gala Invitation

Premium Custom Invitations

Bowery Mission is a nonprofit organization that services the marginalized community in the Big Apple. Their mission is to be the most effective provider of compassionate care and life transformation for hurting people in the New York metro area. The organization provides programs to New Yorkers who are suffering through homelessness, addiction, and other crises in order to assist them with their individual goals such as addiction recovery, independent living, and finding a vocation. Bowery hosts a series of fundraising events throughout the year, including their signature Valentine’s Gala. This year they hosted their 21st annual Valentine’s Gala honoring Alain Bernard, CEO of Richemont North America and an exceptional partner of their efforts. In preparation for the event, Bowery Mission worked with GSB Digital, longtime partner for all their printing needs, to produce the event collateral including the beautiful invite pictured above. This design, brainchild of Yuling Designs, was brought to life using our Indigo digital press on two sheets of Mohawk Eggshell Ultra White cover stock. The front-facing sheet was traditionally die cut in order to reveal the “stain glass window” design and to give it a three-dimensional effect prior to mounting the two sheets together. The result was a remarkably bold and visually attractive piece beloved by our client and their guests alike! The Valentine’s Gala resulted a huge success, raising over 1.3 million dollars in funds to help overcome homelessness and poverty. We are proud to produce print that enhances such a powerful purpose like that of Bowery Mission. We look forward to producing more print pieces like these in the near future.
